**We have received reports that our automated system is not sending the SDSs.
We are working on a fix and in the meantime will be manually emailing SDSs to each request, so please give us extra time to reply.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You must submit a separate form for each SDS you are requesting (you must select it from the drop-down menu on the form), and then our automated system will pull it from the database and email the SDS to the email address you specify. This email should arrive to you usually in a few minutes. Make sure to check your Spam/Junk email folders in case it is filtered.
***An EU version is available upon request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
***Some GHS versions (noted by "SDS") are not yet uploaded. Check the drop-down list FIRST before requesting missing SDS to email@example.com. We are working on uploading these versions.
Didn't Receive an Email?:
If you do not receive an email with the requested SDS attached shortly after you fill out the form, please first:
• check your email filter settings and SPAM/JUNK folder.
• ensure that you chose the desired SDS from the SDS drop-down list.
• refresh your email (some email account settings are set to longer refresh/Send/Receive schedules).
• ensure that the email address you input into the form is correct.
If you still have not received the email containing the SDS, contact us for assistance by emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by phone (Toll Free 1-877-735-8354), and indicate that you had previously sent an inquiry through this SDS Interactive Form.
