ADHESIVES AND SEALANTS FOR CONCRETE, CEMENT, AGGREGATE, STONE

BONDiT products can be used to bond concrete to itself or to a wide variety of other substrates including aggregate and/or stone and wood. Customers find our products particularly useful for those complex construction or garden projects bonding these materials together for making ponds, waterfalls and other garden features. Our B-4X line of products, particularly the B-481, B-482 and B-45, have proven quite successful. They will bond easily to concrete and are highly moisture resistant. They can also be used to seal concrete.

One can even create a paste with the adhesive by adding up to a 50-60% concentration of mortar or other fill to create a paste or grout. Instead of responding as most other adhesives would by becoming crumbly and brittle, BONDiT adhesives stay rubbery and flexible. They will take a lot of impact and are reliable and long lasting in underwater and surface environments.

The B-4X line of products can also save time and money in constructing walls and other structures with cured cast concrete forms, such as blocks or bricks. The adhesive required is only 1/5 of the quantity of mortar that would otherwise be required and cures in 24 to 72 hours instead of the 28 days required for a complete cure by mortar.

Among the other substrates that can be bonded to the above materials are: UHMW, Delrin, fluoropolymers, copolymers, TPE / TPR, rubber, polyethylene, polyolefin, polypropylene, polyurethane, silicone, thermoplastics, thermoset, urethane, glass, ceramics, wood, and metals.

All of the BONDiTTM products can be produced in various formats, including thixotropic (TH) versions where vertical application without sagging is needed, caulking compounds, customized cure rates, etc.
